SafeTALK is a 3-hour seminar that teaches participants how to identify those who may be having thoughts of suicide and how to connect these people to appropriate suicide first aid.
Feedback shows that participants feel much more confident and comfortable talking about suicide following the seminar and that they are better prepared to help someone experiencing thoughts of suicide.
