We provide a 24 hour confidential telephone listening service staffed by well-trained volunteers.
Volunteers receive extensive professional training and are able to respond to the immediate and changing needs of the callers as well as referring and connecting them to other appropriate community resources if necessary.
Telecare is an integral part of this community by providing an emotional safety net.
Telecare Distress Line helps to alleviate stress, averting crisis, and reducing unnecessary emergency calls and Emergency Room visits.
