Helping to make the community Suicide-Safer...

Telecare volunteers participate in SafeTALK to keep us willing, ready, and able to speak with community members who may be thinking of suicide. If these thoughts are bothering you, please do give us a call. We are here to listen, to hear your story, and to connect you with professional assistance if you need it.

Telecare Distress Line staff and volunteers also work to make our community suicide-safer by offering the Living Works SafeTALK certificate courses to community members in Simcoe County.

Thinking of Getting Involved with Telecare?

Telecare Distress Line is always looking for new volunteers to help provide this valuable service to the community. Volunteers help by spending time on the phone lines, as members of our volunteer Board of Directors, with fundraising, and with other special events.

Thank You to our Partners

Every dollar donated to Telecare from our supporters goes directly to ensure the ongoing functioning of our lines.
